Job Summary:
The Logistics Data Analyst Manager is responsible for analyzing logistics and supply chain data to generate actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision making. The role involves managing analytics activities, leading a data analyst team, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize logistics performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze logistics and supply chain data
  • Analyze transportation costs, delivery performance, inventory movement, and warehouse efficiency
  • Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports
  • Provide trend analysis, forecasting, and recommendations for process improvement
  • Prepare MIS reports and presentations for senior management
  • Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance teams
  • Ensure data accuracy, data governance, and compliance with internal standards
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the logistics data analyst team
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using analytics tools

Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Working knowledge of SQL (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
  • Forecasting and statistical analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analyze end-to-end logistics data including pickup, line haul, delivery, RTO, SLA, and cost metrics
  • Develop dashboards and reports for KPIs such as TAT, delivery success rate, RTO %, first attempt delivery, and OTP failures.


 
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Master’s Degree (MBA / Data Analytics / Supply Chain) preferred.
